What are your operating hours?

We're here when you need us:

  • Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Holidays: Modified hours (check our website or call ahead)

Premium Members enjoy 24/7 access with secure key card entry, allowing you to train whenever your schedule permits, even during off-hours.

Do you offer personal training, and what does it include?

Yes! Our certified personal trainers provide customized one-on-one training that includes:
